Roeder Ranch Annual Production Sale
Mark your calendar - August 3rd at 2PM Roeder & Drennan Production Sale on CCi.Live
Every year, we take a deep look at our program to offer a carefully selected group of high-quality females in our annual production sale. These ewes represent the foundation of our operation and have played a major role in where our flock is today. From raising champions in the show ring to producing powerful stud rams and consistent replacement females, they have proven themselves both genetically and in production.
Take a look back at the ewes we offered in last year’s sale to get a sense of the quality and consistency we strive to provide. As we move closer to this year’s sale, you’ll be the first to see what we have in store, with previews and updates shared right here.

As always, our production sale is held on the first Sunday in August, and we look forward to offering a group of females that we truly believe can make a difference in your program just as they have in ours.

Her lamb this year was our pick to represent Roeder Ranch at Friday Night Fever. On the profile, he might be one of the biggest- hipped, coolest-built lambs we've ever raised. She’s not the biggest ewe in the sale, but she consistently gives you a sharp look from the side and leaves you with a massive pin set.

Her sire, 5214, known as 'Brownie, was arguably the most influential buck we've ever used at Roeder Ranch. For about four straight years, every Market Breed Champion we raised traced back to him. This ewe is one of the last daughters we have out of Brownie. Her own daughter was a high seller in last year’s sale, heading to Comfort, Texas, and went on to flush 16 embryos. Her granddaughter, shown by Brodie Halemachek, won her ewe lamb class at San Antonio and was named Champion in San Angelo.

Right off the bat — the ewe lamb pictured does not sell with the ewes. We just wanted to give you a glimpse of what these females are capable of producing. If you like that ewe lamb, you’ll love the track records behind these three. 7069 raised Brodie’s Reserve Champion wether at Fort Worth. C37 has a bad bag but has still put two wethers into the show pen. SC2555 made that ewe lamb and alsoraised a show wether.Too much proven potential here to send them to the auction, 3x the money, non-papered
